Do you think anyone was checking the brakes on this truck from time to time? We had a fleet of these from a local plumbing company. Unfortunately (for the guy checking the brakes... and yes, many times that was me) quite a few of the grease seals on this fleet had failed and this greasy mess was not uncommon to see.
